Microflats at University of Liechtenstein.

Location

The building with a total of 12 microflats is located on the eastern border of the University of Liechtenstein Campus, Rüfestrasse 9, 9490 Vaduz, a very exclusive residential area and a nearby forest. Each flat has its own covered parking space and a separate storage room. Our flats are designed exclusively for occupancy by one person. They are therefore only rented to single persons.

Inclusive rent

We offer an inclusive rent of CHF 1.140 p.m. (ground floor) respectively CHF 1.240 p.m. (first floor). All known operating costs as well as internet, electricity and parking are already included. No operating and heating costs will be charged. The minimum rental period is 6 months, subject to a notice period of 3 calendar months.

Equipment

Fully furnished, high-quality equipment such as kitchen appliances, washing machine, TV and WLAN workstation. The size of the microflat is just under 30 square metres plus balcony.
